Covid 19 Update at August 2022
Welcome!
We recognise that we are all still living in uncertain times. We understand the importance of having something special like a family holiday booked, therefore we would like to reassure you that we offer a full Covid guarantee. If another Lockdown or any kind of Tier restrictions occur during the course of your holiday week, we have the following options available to you,
- Have a refund in full
- The option to move your holiday to another week at the same price or if you choose a week at a more expensive price, you will be required to pay the difference.

Many restrictions have now been lifted however we want you to know that we're continuing to do our part to help you stay safe by:
- Using a self check in system, your keys can be collected and returned to a key lock safe located at the entrance of your cottage. The keys and key locks will be cleaned and disinfected after each use. Key code number will be emailed six weeks before your arrival.
- Continuing to keep to an enhanced cleaning regime, this includes cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, handles, remotes, work surfaces etc.) before you check in.
- Removing some non essential items to ease the cleaning load on turnarounds and reduce risks. This includes DVD's, Books, Games, Toys.
- Our Cornish goodies selection which includes, Cornish tea and coffee sachets, biscuits, etc are all sealed and provided for you in a recyclable bag so you can take away any unused items.
- We politely request that you strip your beds and put all dirty bed linen and towels as well as mattresses and pillow protectors in the red laundry bags provided. (All red laundry bags are located in main wardrobe). Please put all red laundry bags in bathroom before departure. Please refer to welcome pack and notice board for further details. Thank you.
- We will provide you with anti-bacterial hand wash and cleaning supplies, including multi surface anti-bacterial cleaner and multipurpose cloths. Please feel free to bring your own products too.
- Hand sanitisers will be located at the gate of each cottage and also at the gate to Bodmin Moor.
- We are still going above and beyond the cleaning protocols provided and will continue to monitor the cleaning guidelines and will make changes as required
